01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jmmm Casino platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. jmmm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the jmmm Casino platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jmmm Casino or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jmmm reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended and any winnings forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the jmmm platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify jmmm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jmmm implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jmmm supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• Digital Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. jmmm does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. jmmm reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud review, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions applicable to all jmmm promotions include:

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jmmm platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jmmm's Random Number Generator ("RNG") games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment and are subject to real-time monitoring.

jmmm reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical malfunction or software error has materially affected the outcome.
• There is evidence of collusion, cheating, or exploitation of a software vulnerability.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of jmmm's technical team, based on server-side logs, shall be final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jmmm platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to jmmm immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jmmm staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

jmmm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jmmm Casino, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform.

jmmm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jmmm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

jmmm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

jmmm implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls, to protect your personal data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and jmmm cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

12 Amendments

jmmm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jmmm will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
